FIG – Food Innovation Group produces bespoke catering solutions for some of Melbourne’s largest
and most iconic events, include the Australian Open, Australian Grand Prix & major stadium events.
With a passion for creating fresh, nutritious, and tasty food we are one of Melbourne’s most loved
and sought after catering suppliers.
Seeking Experienced kitchen hands to work in our general production kitchen, dealing with high
volume food preparation and production.

You will be responsible for:

• General Kitchen duties including cleaning and stock rotation.
• Washing dishes and bakery equipment
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and kitchen
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

About you:

• General food assembly such as, sandwiches, meals, salads ect
• Always reliable when rostered for shifts.
• Have a strong work ethic and great personality.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Are enthusiastic and willing to take on any task allocated to you by management.

You will have:

• 6+ month experience in a similar role in high volume production kitchen
• Food handlers’ certificate
• Previous catering experience
• Current police check
• Must have valid Visa and Australian working rights.
