    About the Role …

     

    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager who has a bright, outgoing personality with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

     

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Lead a gun kitchen team and coach to thrive in peak service
    • Produce incredible food you and your team are proud of 
    • Create a culture of fun, positivity and success 
    • Celebrate wins and learn from challenges 
    • Manage ordering, storage & prepping of goods, and food safety 
    • Create rosters that ensure a smooth service, meets your teams needs and within budget
    • Assist in ensuring cost of good targets are achieved
    • Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and storage facility
