As part of the new team, we are currently looking for motivated Kitchen Stewards to work on-site at Flemington. To succeed in this role you must be resilient and flexible with a positive can-do attitude to meet the demands of this fast paced and busy environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen will be highly regarded.
• Previous cleaning experience in Hospitality or similar environment
• Ability to undertake repetitive tasks and work in a demanding environment
• Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety and food hygiene
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including main race days.
• You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster shots if eligible) or have a genuine medical exception to be eligible to work onsite at Crown
