About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand aboard our vessels, you will support the culinary team in delivering exceptional onboard dining experiences. Under the direction of the Chef, you’ll be involved in various hands-on tasks, including kitchen cleanliness, food prep assistance, and food handling — all while enjoying the electric energy of the Summer Season.
A typical day in the role may include:
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all kitchen areas
Wash dishes, clean surfaces, and ensure all equipment is well maintained
Support the chef in food prep and meal service
Assist with receiving and rotating stock
Help load and unload food and kitchen supplies
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
Foster strong teamwork with catering and hospitality staff
