The George on Collins, formerly known as the Longroom has an exciting opportunity available for a host to join our team of hospitality professionals in a premium high volume venue.
As you will be the first point of contact for our customers experience, a passion for only the best customer service is a must .

1+ Year previous customer service experience is essential, and previous hospitality experience is preferred.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
To be successful in this role, you will have to demonstrate the following skills:
-1+ years experience in a forward facing customer service position working under pressure in a fast-pace high volume environment
-Highly personable, immaculate personal presentation
-Be able to communicate clearly and effectively both internally and externally
-The ability to manage reservations (online and phone) and maximise patronage per shift
-Strong organisational and time management skills
-Strong service focus
-Must be able to work weekends and evenings
-Ability to build relationships with new customers and further existing customer relationships
-Some hospitality experience is preferable, but not essential
