About the role

IHG Hotels & Resorts We are looking for a variety of roles – Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants, House Person, Public Areas Attendant & Laundry Attendant – so find the role that is a perfect fit for you, with development opportunities within the team. 

As part of the Housekeeping Team, you will help us ensure our luxurious rooms, suites, public areas, guest amenities, staff village and facilities are always ‘fresh and welcoming’–Your day to day will involve:

• Attending to guest requests
• Reporting any maintenance concerns
• Check out, service and deep cleaning of rooms in line with brand standards
• Attending to staff village rooms as required
• Assisting the wider Housekeeping Team as needed

About you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to.
• Strength - sometimes you’ll need to lift, push, and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling.
• Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent at least one year in a similar role in a resort style venue.
