Launching in October, we are looking for hospitality super stars to join our opening team.

About Cha Ching

Located in Melbourne’s iconic Flinders Lane, home to the best dining venues; Cha Ching provides a unique fun dining experience that celebrates Michelin-experienced Chef Owner - Ken Leung’s playful and innovative take on the East and West with quality produce.

The Roles 

As we move into the busy summer season we are looking for energetic motivated individuals that can hit the ground running to be part of our high roller ride from day one. 

We are looking to fill the following roles:

    •    Bartender (Casual)

Applicants with some bar experience (section waiters who have done some bar work) will also be considered

Key Requirements

    •    Previous bar restaurant experience preferably in a high volume venue setting 

    •    Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume beverage environment

    •    Focused with attention to detail, ability to work with urgency 

      •    A love for cross cultural, fusion cuisine and creating amazing experiences for our guests. 

    •    Great written and verbal communication skills 

    •    Time Management and Prioritisation skills 

    •    Positive, respectful and responsible team player. Willing to learn and grow and pitch in

    •    The ability to offer warm, friendly and informed service. 

    •    Professional Demeanour

    •    Excellent attention to detail

    •    Flexibility and Commitment to work a rotating roster including some weekend work. 

    •    Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for an upmarket, contemporary dining environment.

    •    Currently hold or be able to obtain a valid VIC RSA Certificate.
