About the role and who we are looking for:

Compass Group NZ are looking for Permanent Full Time Lounge Assistants to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember within Qantas Lounge at Auckland Airport. The hours of work are 30hrs per week, rostered across AM & PM shifts, 7 days a week. Total flexibility therefore required.

You will be responsible for: 

Reporting to the Lounge Manager, these key Permanent Full Time roles within the lounge will be responsible for ensuring our highly engaging service culture is translated into outstanding "surprise and delight" moments for our valued customers by providing warm and professional customer service and anticipating/catering to the every need of our guests.
