The Venues

The Kiosk
Our kiosk is a vibrant hub for locals and visitors alike. We’re seeking dynamic baristas and energetic all-rounders who thrive on early mornings and a buzzing, casual vibe. Serving top-quality coffee and fresh kiosk fare to surfers, dog walkers, backpackers, and locals, the kiosk is fun, fast-paced, and community-driven.

The Bistro
Our flagship bistro blends classic southern French techniques with the best regional produce. Here, experienced chefs, passionate waiters, and wine-savvy front-of-house professionals will work side by side with eager young talent, learning and growing together. With an environment designed to be as stunning as the food, the bistro is the place for those who want to hone their craft, elevate their wine service skills, and build a meaningful hospitality career in a world-class setting.

The Members Bar
Our intimate members bar (name yet to be revealed) will showcase world-class mixology in a refined, creative environment. We’re looking for bartenders, mixologists, and serving staff with global-standard experience, curiosity, and flair. This team will collaborate closely with the kitchen to reimagine classic cocktails and deliver elevated experiences. Discipline, creativity, and a strong work ethic are a must in this space.
