JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you creative and can execute marking campaigns that will increase our brand presence and drive revenue? 

The Laundy Hotel group are family owned and run business who have successfully served the Hospitality industry for many years. We have an exciting opportunity for Marketing Coordinators to join our marketing team. With a portfolio of hotels, the ideal candidate will have strong organisational and effective communication skills. In this role you will think creatively and execute in venue campaigns and promotions to ensure we drive customers through our doors.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will demonstrate that you can assist with planning, be creative and execute as well as be able to build relationships across the group.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with identifying target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign;
  • Take part in developing plans and liaising with all key stakeholders to brief, create and implement the plan across all communication channels;
  • Assist with the execution in venue to deliver strong sales results.
  • Coordinate all marketing activity with relevant stakeholders – communications, bookings, planning, administration, invoicing, and supplier liaison.

REQUIREMENTS

In this role we are looking for enthusiastic early career trade marketer who can demonstrate initiative and is a team player.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
  • Experienced in social media strategy and execution
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded
  • Experience in hospitality preferred
