We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender/ Mixologist to join our team and bring their own flare and style to ENVY!

We are looking for someone with creativity and experience in gastronomy cocktail design to help us make ENVY, the envy of all other bars in Western Sydney. Be part of developing menus, marketing, and operations of this 120-seat bar. A tapas style food offering will compliment your cocktail and beverage menu, making ENVY the place to be.

About You

Our successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1- 2 years cocktail and bar experience
• Experience in creating beverage menus specialising in gastronomy cocktails
• A fun, creative style of service
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wines, and spirits
• The ability to thrive under pressure whilst maintaining Exceptional Hospitality.
• An excellent eye for detail
• POS/Cash Handling Experience
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• A current RSA and RCG competency card
