The Role:

Showtime Event Group are excited to offer this new role of Multi-Site Venue Manager to head up our Restaurant division of the business. 

This role provides an excellent opportunity for you to further develop the existing teams capability, and build a solid reputation for the Restaurants.

This is a highly autonomous role, and will suit someone that is looking to take the reigns and drive these two veneus to the next level.

As our Restaurants expert, the Multi Site Venue Manager will also play a key role in partnering with our Event Managers to deliver unique and high quality retail / ticketed events.  

This role will report into the Showtime Event Group General Manager of Operations. 

Location of work will be in South Wharf.

Experience and Capability:

• Minimum of 3 years a la carte restaurant environment.
• Bar and cocktail experience 
• Experience leading and developing a team of 20+ including kitchen 
• Demonstrated ability in managing restaurant labour and cogs
• Ability to work with Marketing to develop and promote appealing offers 

A senior restaurant manager in a large-scale restaurant group will be an advantage.

• Base Salary range from $90,000 to $100,000

This is a full-time position, working across a 7-day roster, including day shifts, evenings and weekends, depending on business requirements.
