The Victoria Hotel, located in Little Collins Street Melbourne CBD, with well known MISTER MUNRO Restaurant & Bar offering breakfast, and dinner as well as two stylish Private Dining Rooms and the recently renovated Vic's Bar, Conferencing & Events ballroom, and two meeting rooms - we are looking for fabulous, passionate food and beverage people to help deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.

You will be required to work within our operations team ensuring ultimate guest service. You have the opportunity to be apart of a growing business and team, working across various outlets within the iconic hotel.

The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:

• You'll  have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills
• You have an understanding of point of sales systems
• You have interest in local Victorian wines and current food trends
• Hold a current RSA certificate
• Ability to make a great coffee & cocktails!
• Available to work flexible hours across 7 days
