New Duty Manager

Start: ASAP Where: Broadbeach, QLD Type: Full time Pay: On application

JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to internal promotions, The Envy Hotel is on the hunt for a new Duty Manager. We need someone to help oversee the running of our venue and keep it the welcoming spot our locals love.

Your Experience:

  • You've been in the hospitality industry for a while as a Duty Manager or even as a supervisor who is ready to step up.
  • You're someone who gets to know the locals by name and remember there drink while also creating an environment to make visitors feel right at home.
  • You have experience with TAB, Keno and Gaming as well as the capability of pouring a great beer.
  • You're confident and professional in handling guest feedback
  • You understand how to ensure compliance with all OLGR liquor and gaming regulations as well as in house venue policies.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Gaming attendant
Bar Manager
Duty Manager
Bar Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • RSA, RSG & RMLV are essential
  • An Approved Managers License or at least the willingness to obtain one
  • Experience in a similar hospitality role as a Supervisor or Duty Manager
  • You've got confidence, enthusiasm and drive to succeed in the hospitality industry

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
