House of Fras is a soon to open restaurant in the heart of Sassafras and we are on the hunt for a Head chef to lead the team and put together a modern Australian/Italian menu.
The individual should:
• Be able to lead efficiently in a fast paced and high pressure environment
• Willing to teach and expand skills
• Looking for a long term work commitment
• Prior experience is essential
