Sage Wollongong has 168 rooms, Coldwater Creek Restaurant and Bar, The Five Islands Room & Terrace Restaurant and 13 function rooms and event spaces all equipped with the latest technology. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the front desk operations during the overnight period. You and your team will provide guests with an experience that exceeds their expectations throughout their stay. 

Night Auditor - Night Shift from 11pm - 7am full time available. 

Must be available to work on a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays.

• The accurate recording and breakdown of Room Tariffs / Packages on the PMS for all guests.
• Verify Mode of Payment and necessary settlement details (Credit Card, Charge Back Authorisations, Cash Deposits etc.) are accurately substantiated and recorded on the PMS.
• This role requires overnight shifts between 11pm and 7am.
• Follow up with guests or sales team as required to complete the same for every arrival.Verify Routing Instructions on the PMS are according to the specific billing instructions for all guests
• Authorise and control all requests for special amenities for Guest Rooms – wine, chocolates, flower, fruit and give away’ s.
• Regular reporting of maintenance requirements and scheduling repairs at appropriate times to keep all areas looking and functioning optimally.

• A current First Aid Certificate and RSA Qualification
• Be level headed to handle any emergencies within the hotel, including acting as the Chief Fire Warden and First Aid Officer
• Experience in overnights and rolling the system seen as advantageous
