Operations Manager
Job brief
The Handpicked Group is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the work of our Hospitality/Event Employees and Managers from our Gold Coast based office. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future, reporting to the Directors of the company.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business, whether it be managing budgets and statistical planning, overseeing staff performance, streamlining procedures or managing brand development in the foreseeable future. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture.
The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s venues and events to drive sustainable development and long-term success for both our current Events/Venues (The Grass Is Greener/Burleigh Fest/Milky Lane/Maman Bar & Kitchen/Naami/Lucia Tapas) as well as future brand business deals.
Responsibilities
