JOB DESCRIPTION

Laundy Hotels are seeking an Operations Manager to join the team at Park House Food & Liquor in Mona Vale.
 
Park House, rising from the ruins of the Mona Vale Hotel, is a multipurpose dining and social space, dramatically reimagined to match the neighbourhood’s exciting evolution in the heart of the Northern Beaches.
 
The name, inspired by the Park Street location, captures our vision: an open-door, feel-right-at-home social space the community can call its own, reflecting Mona Vale’s hefty food, drink and creative credentials.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the General Manager, as the Operations Manager at Park House you are responsible for but not limited to: 

  • Have control over the venue's appearance and atmosphere for all events
  • In charge of all shift operations from the setup, running and close down of the venue
  • Work as part of the venue leadership team to instil culture of superior customer service leaving the customer 'wanting more'
  • Day and night shift reports
  • Security of venue
  • WHS knowledge
  • Implementing policies and procedures within venue

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to share your knowledge, manage and motivate
  • Immaculate presentation paralleled with the service delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Individual who thrives on responsibility and takes initiative when bringing ideas to the table
