New Rozelle Venue – Management Team

The Venue | 3 Weeds 

The popular Totti’s brand is coming to the Inner West! Merivale’s 3 weeds in Rozelle is currently under refurbishment and is due to open in the next few months. This brand new -venue will be multi-faceted, featuring the original 3 weeds pub, restaurant, wine bar, and a dedicated dessert bar to satisfy those sweet cravings. Headed up by Mike Eggert, this new branch of the much-loved local Italian eatery, Totti’s, will be doing what it does best, offering enjoyable, simple, delicious Italian food. 

 
The menu is made for sharing and is suited to all ages. Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour-packed pasta from Eggert, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked in the Josper charcoal oven. And always leave room for dessert from the dedicated dessert bar, think Italian favourites like Neapolitan ice-cream sandwich, tiramisu, and sorbet.
