A bit about you:

Evra is currently looking for an inspired and experienced Organic Cafe & Store Manager to join our team. 

This is a unique role that will provide you with many fantastic benefits whilst having the opportunity for career growth and progression within the company. 


The successful applicant will be responsible for the seamless operation of the Market, always delivering exceptional service and ensuring the quality of the food and beverage program.

 

This job would be ideal for a current Café & Store Manager looking for a change or an experienced and knowledgeable Food & Beverage Manager who wants to step up and take on extra responsibility.

 

Reporting to Management, you will take a hands-on involvement with all tasks and responsibilities including:

 

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in creating an exceptional restaurant experience
  • Ensure that all standards are kept to the highest
  • Ensure that floor team are aware of duties required
  • Ensure opening, preparation, service and closing standards of the restaurant are adhered to company brand standards and policy
  • Monitor all Opening and Closing Procedures and follow up and training where required.
  • Assist, manage, develop and mentor key staff members
  • To attend all briefings and departmental meetings as required and to contribute and cascade information to team
  • Give your team honest and open performance feedback and support them to do better.
  • Monitor, coach and support your team with passion and fun.
  • Identify and explores weakest members of staff in the team and supports them.
  • Ensure that correct staffing levels are established to provide consistent outstanding levels of guest service.
  • Encourage individuality, innovation and initiative in your team members.
  • Ensure you constantly communicate with your team during service to ensure the best service experience.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

This position will require flexibility and weekend work and may comprise of a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands. This is a full-time opportunity; applicants must have full working rights.
