Exuding old-world glamour, Piano Bar is a modern nod to the golden jazz era of the 1920s. In signature Emporium style, the bespoke design lays the foundation for everything that is distinctly different about Piano Bar. Traditional lobby bar – be gone; Piano Bar is a destination in its own right. Encased in the moody glow of sophisticated elegance, here you’ll find the décor, drinks and service are as velvety smooth as the dulcet jazz tones of the live music Sunday afternoons.

Applicants must possess the following:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in leading a team in a similar high-end bar and restaurant environment
• Excellent grooming and presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of food, cocktail, wines and spirits  
• Ability to effectively train and develop a team
• Full availability from Wed to Sun including public holidays - Monday / Tuesday off
• Experience in developing and executing small bar promotions
• Previous hotel experience not essential but advantageous
• A current RSA Certificate
