Pilgrims Bronte is looking for an experienced Chef. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring effective and efficient breakfast/lunch service. As a chef, you'll be a hands on team player who will ensure exceptional delivery of the quality product and service Pilgrims has been known for the past 40 years.
Pilgrims is a vegetarian Cafe in Bronte and is part of the local community. Our menu is driven by the fresh, regional and locally sourced ingredients.
Qualifications & experience
Minimun 1-2 years experience cooking in a similar role.
Reliable, motivated and flexible attitude towards work.
Team player.
Able to follow systems and procedures.
Tasks & responsibilities
Prepare dishes and maintain excellent food presentation.
Assist with ordering, stocking, and general duties as required.
Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standard.
Work closely with our head chef & venue owner to execute their vision.
