The Sait Peter Group is looking for experienced casual section waiters at Petermen in St Leonards.

Petermen is a contemporary smart casual seafood restaurant (70 seats) that aims to champion our Australian producers (fish & vegetables).

We source sustainable fish direct from fishermen, dry age & dry handle it in our fish store - Fish Butchery, then will cook it expertly and simply for our guests. We have a 100+ wine list and talented sommelier running this program.

Saint Peter is owned & operated by Josh & Julie Niland and has been a training ground for up & coming hospitality talent - we know Petermen will do the same. Work with us to grow your career as a hospitality professional in a friendly and professional environment. 

We are ecstatic to have received two hats in the recent Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2024 as well as Josh receiving the award for "Chef of the year" and we are now looking to expand our team.

Host / Reservations

(20+ hrs per week)

We are looking for a host to cover Wednesday to Saturday, approximately 2pm to 9pm.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to seating & greeting guests, managing and allocating floor plans & responding to guest inquiries in a timely manner. 

(Previous experience with Sevenrooms is advantageous)

Experienced Section Waiter 

(25+ hrs per week - Opportunity for PT/FT)

We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years experience as a Section Waiter or Wine Waiter in a fast paced hatted or fine dining venue.

(Availability must include Fridays, Saturdays & ideally Sundays)


Experienced Bartender 

(30+ hrs - Opportunity for FT)

We are looking for an experienced bartender with cocktail development experience and sound knowledge of spirits & classic cocktails. 



Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
