Petermen in St Leonards is looking for casual FOH team members with a with a passion for food, wine & hospitality.

You will be sharing the stories behind chef Josh Niland’s dishes as well as carrying out general waiter tasks. Previous experience in a fast-paced venue is ideal. A positive, can-do attitude is a must.

Petermen is a contemporary seafood restaurant (70 seats) in St Leonards on the North Shore that aims to champion our Australian producers (fish & vegetables). We source sustainable fish direct from fishermen, dry age & dry handle it in our fish store - Fish Butchery, then will cook it expertly and simply for our guests. We have a 100+ wine list and talented sommelier running this program.

The groups flagship restaurant Saint Peter is owned & operated by Josh & Julie Niland and has been a training ground for up & coming hospitality talent - Petermen is now doing the same. Work with us to grow your career as a hospitality professional in a friendly and professional environment.
