REQUIREMENTS

What You'll Do 

You will help lead the opening of Australia’s first ever Kimpton Hotel in creating an exciting, innovative, and memorable hotel experience for all guests by working with a well-rounded and highly motivated Front Office team. As a Porter, you will act as an ambassador of the hotel at all times on shift, be a curator of ridiculously personal guest experiences, and develop genuine relationships with guests that will have them eager to return!

  • You have a passion for all things hospitality and love making genuine human connection 
  • You are approachable, positive, authentic, and solutions focused 
  • You have a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others 
  • You are detail oriented and able to effectively multi task with great communication skills 
  • You have a high energy level and a passion for achieving superior results  
  • You thrive under pressure and are flexible when adapting to new situations 
  • You have experience working in hospitality and meet the appropriate legal requirements to work in Australia.
