JOB DESCRIPTION

Marmor is a celebration of the country’s finest produce: prime cuts of beef from Australia’s most renowned cattle producers; abundant treasures fresh from the warm waters off the rugged coastline; and the best seasonal ingredients our region has to offer.

We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry.

You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!

Waitstaff

Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

1 years experience as a waiter in a similar environment
Must be able to hold a section
Excellent food and wine knowledge
A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
Experience using POS systems
Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts

Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
