About the Role 

  • Preparing food according to OHS and food safety standards
  • Managing and organising the operation of the kitchen
  • Ordering and maintaining required stock levels
  • Preparing menu items
  • Planning and preparing for events and functions
  • Supervising kitchen staff and planning rosters and coverage

With its authentic British Ales and interior imported all the way from the U.K. this cosy pub truly is the Englishmen's home away from home.

The Menu boasts traditional English food like Toad in the Hole, Beef and Guinness Pie and weekend Roasts, of course topped off with our delicious home made golden Yorkshire Puddings.
