JOB DESCRIPTION

Welcome to The Fiddler Hotel, a premier hospitality venue in Sydney and the Home of Celebrations. As a community hub, we offer something for everyone: a place to dine, a place to socialise, a place to celebrate and a place to party!

We are seeking someone with the right attitude and suitable experience to join our team. 

Duties will include taking reservations and bookings for the venue, answering queries, amongst a variety of other administrative duties, as well as assisting our host team on peak service periods where required. Experience using SevenRooms is favourable.

Concierge
Front Office
Call Centre Operator
Guest Service Agent

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

We can offer a flexible casual contract with shifts across the week, Monday to Sunday, 8am - 8pm. Full weekend availability and key trade days (i.e. Mother's Day etc.) is required for this role.
