What are we looking for?

• You will provide excellent customer service in a fast pasted environment across multiple platforms such as web chat, email, and phone correspondence
• Some of your duties will include making reservations for any of our 170 hospitality venues across Australia and NZ. These can range from your local pub to a fine dining experience and any of our ever-changing activations such as Summertime social or Winter villages.
• You will be primarily based in St Kilda rd., Melbourne however post completion on training there is opportunity for flexibility to work from home.
• The company host a variety of further employment opportunities in marketing , design,  operations and more to further your career development  
• You will be attracted to sales targets and high level of customer service.
• Hospitality or reservation experience is a bonus however not essential.
• Full time and part time opportunities available
