About the venue
Casa Nova is a fast‑paced Italian restaurant and bar known for great cocktails, quality wines, and warm service in the NSW area.

The role
This is a true all‑rounder role working across floor and bar area.​

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and running food and drinks, follow companys SOPs.

• Clearing tables, resetting, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining room.​

• Helping the pass during busy services where required.​

• Operating the POS, handling EFTPOS/cash, and packing takeaway orders.​

• General cleaning and restocking to keep service flowing smoothly.​

About you

• Previous experience in a restaurant or café in any FOH role; exposure to bar is bonus.​

• Strong customer service focus with a friendly, confident manner and good communication skills.​

• Happy to jump between floor, pass, and basic prep/cleaning to support the team wherever needed.​

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Current NSW RSA if you will be serving alcohol (or willingness to obtain before starting).​

• Full working rights in Australia.
