As part of the new team, we are currently looking for experienced Restaurant & Bar Managers to work on-site at Flemington.

The Restaurant & Bar Managers will report directly to the Food & Beverage Operations Managers and will be responsible for leading the efficient operation of their establishment. They will have outstanding leadership skills; thrive in a fast-paced modern environment as well as maintain our 5-star-rated service standards. Responsibilities also include training & development.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous proven food & beverage managerial experience
  • Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to coach and mentor management teams and conduct product training
  • Sound business acumen to manage multi-outlet performance metrics in relation to guests, staff, & financials e.g. operational costs, labour costs & stock control
  • A passion for hospitality, up to date with the latest industry trends and the ability to own new initiatives
  • Advanced stakeholder management, communication skills and learning agility
  • Must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work onsite
