Birds nest restaurant is looking for a fast, bubbly and bright supervisor to join our management team.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who loves food and restaurant service to continue to pass on our passion for Japanese cuisine.
We are a group of three restaurants, one in the valley, one in West end and one in Toowong.
We are looking for someone to work at our WEST END restaurant. You would work with 10 - 15 staff and you would be in charge of rostering, stock, staff training and employment, customer relations etc. You would become part of the management team, that works closely together to create a fun filled working environment.
You would work closely with the Venue Manager and 2 owners but still have a lot of autonomy.
We would prefer someone with management experience, who is open to learn and is enthusiastic in their work.

We would like this applicant to have at least 1 year of supervising experience in either a bar restaurant or cafe environment.
