Who Are You?

You are passionate about working with people and going above and beyond to create exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint. You are confident, patient, energetic, fast and a great communicator!

Requirements will include:

• Experience in a customer facing hospitality role;
• Experience in using Open Table or Seven Rooms preferred
• Days,nights and weekend availability
• Confident ability and exceptional first impression in person and on the phone;
• Determination to seize opportunities to surpass guest expectations and enhance guest experience from the very first moment of contact
• Positive attitude, capacity, flexibility, and willingness to be part of a committed team
• Ability to empathise and friendly approach to customer service
• Exceptional presentation and communication. You are the face of The Grounds 
• Ability to work under pressure. We are busy!
