JOB DESCRIPTION

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the face and driving force of daily operations — leading by example, creating exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards that define the 500 Degrees brand.

You’ll work closely with senior management to execute service strategies, support staff development, and uphold our values of discipline, pride, and good vibes.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

Lead front-of-house operations with energy and professionalism
Manage and mentor FOH team members — including training, motivation, and performance reviews
Ensure every guest experience reflects 500 Degrees’ premium service and hospitality standards
Oversee reservations, floor management, and smooth table turnover during peak hours
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and operational efficiency
Manage end-of-day reports, cash handling, and shift documentation
Handle customer feedback and service recovery with professionalism
Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team improvement
Work closely with Head Office on promotions, menu updates, and brand events

About You

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant or Assistant Manager in a busy, full-service restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for hospitality and genuine care for people — both guests and staff
Confident managing teams of 10+ in fast-paced service
Ability to handle pressure calmly and professionally
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience with POS systems, rosters, and basic admin tasks
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
A hands-on leader who leads from the front — not from the office
