Ioesco Restaurant based in the stunning Sanctuary Cove Marine Village are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team and provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction.

Ioesco is a renowned Gold Coast institution with a sophisticated take on modern Italian dining and a great loyal clientele.  

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the structure and leadership of Ioesco and ensure the profitable delivery on all food and beverage activities at the venue.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue and leadership of the team in delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Develop weekly and monthly targets for the team to achieve sales budgets.
• Development of the team great team culture through continual coaching, feedback and on the job training.
• Work closely with the Mulpha Senior Management and Operations Teams across Marketing, Accountancy & Procurement.
• Continually seek improvement in the delivery of products/services that maximises customer experience and profitability.
• Ensure the effective adherence and implementation of all policies and procedures including all compliance and legislative requirements.
• Provide and maintain a safe working environment.
