Your day to day

Our Flagship Restaurant Ronnies, Is on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager. Inspired by long days around the table, Ronnie’s is a place for friends and family to come together over a shared love of amazing food, great drinks and good conversation. A casual eatery where you can split a plate of pasta and a bottle of vino while catching up with an old friend or spend hours winding your way through our extensive sharing menu. As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of Ronnies Restaurant and Bar. Partnering closely with our Venue General Manager. You will be leading the team to maximise financial performance, continuously driving both revenue generating and cost control improvements, maximising profitability. You will oversee the operations to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique, and you will ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements. This role will also include administrational responsibilities, such as rostering, purchasing, and liaising with hotel and restaurant business partners.

REQUIREMENTS

What we need from you

  • Diploma in Hotel Management and/or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
  • Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  •  Minimum 2 years experience in an F&B management related position, preferably within a hotel environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and leadership experience, is also required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills in managing a team to drive for results
  • Ability to manage complex relationships and multiple stakeholders • Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positivity in the team to drive an engaged, winning culture.
