To assist in growing the food and beverage operations of Sandgate Post Office Hotel through the execution of approved operational plans. Meeting or exceeding the key performance indicators set out and striving to maintain a culture of excellence in all areas of the operation by retaining the best staff. Front-of-house Managers will be responsible for the supervision and delegation of all Front of house and bar staff on rostered shifts.
Champion our service team in a busy, iconic destination venue.
Only experienced applicants will be considered for this role.
Hands-on position.
