The Pancake Parlour is a Melbourne based, family-owned business that has been operating since 1965.

A company stacked with development opportunites, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to take the lead in one of our venues, and start your multisite management career by overseeing another location.

Our Restaurant Managers are accountable for all aspects of venue operations, including profitabilty, people and performance management, OHS, Award compliance, Food Safety complaince, local area marketing andmore.

Salary: $90,000 + Super + Bonuses

Salary range increases to $93k - $104,000 once training and development programs are completed.
