TOPIKÓS is the newest adventure for The Point. Located in the heart of Bondi Beach the venue celebrates contemporary Greek dining, with a carefully curated food and beverage menu, in a setting which is conducive to all day wining and dining. This role is s an exceptional opportunity to join one of Sydney’s most experienced, vibrant and professional teams.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with experience in a fine dining environment. Working alongside our F&B Director, Alex Kirkwood, Culinary Director, Joel Bickford and our Head Chef, Charles Woodward, you will be working with the best in the industry, and be playing a pivotal role in creating the ultimate dining experience.
You will need to have a proven ability to drive a large high performing team, with a strong focus on mentoring and training existing staff to achieve goal of providing a truly memorable dining experience for our guests.Our philosophy for service staff is that we are ladies and gentlemen, serving ladies and gentlemen, and we want all of our staff to fulfil this philosophy when they work for us.
