JOB DESCRIPTION

RESTAURANT MANAGER:

Wither Hills Winery is on the lookout for 1 motivated and responsible Restaurant Manager to join us on a Permanent Full-Time Basis. Day time trading hour, 7-day roster (Occasionally, you will be required to work the evening shift for functions & events).

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Wither Hills team. In this role, you will provide the day-to-day operational management to a highly engaged venue team to deliver a best-in-class Cellar Door and Restaurant hospitality offering for customers so that they experience the essence of the brand.

 

DUTY MANAGER

Seeking 2 motivated and experienced Duty Managers to join us on a Permanent Full-Time Basis. Day time trading hour , 7-day roster (Occasionally, you will be required to work the evening shift for functions & events).

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this unique & hands-on role will see you manage the team on shift, ensuring efficient FOH set-up and close-down. You will ensure operating procedures are followed daily while driving a safe working environment. You will lead shifts and ensure our customers receive an experience that is our brand's essence.

What you will need for day one...

  • Knowledge of all hospitality operations
  • Experience in successfully supervising, motivating and developing a large team
  • The ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high-volume environment.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days and weekends ( And occasionally, you will be required to work the evening shift for events& functions)

REQUIREMENTS

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Reporting through to the Venue Manager, this role will ensure profitability by delivering on business objectives and targets by achieving quality, safety, and people standards. You will bring your proven ability to motivate and drive people, combined with strong commercial acumen, and proficiency in reading and reporting on financial details. Your mental agility and professional judgement required to resolve unforeseen issues are vital, along with experience in hospitality management. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
