Our Melbourne Tullamarine Airport operates some of our well-renowned brands and venues across our domestic and international terminals including MoVida, Middle Ground, St ALi, Café Sol, Urban Provodore, Hungry Jack's, GO! Convenience, Velocity & many more.

Airport Retail Enterprises is continuing to grow, with our venues, cafes and restaurants expanding in new locations across our Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and we are looking for amazing talent to join our team.

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven and reliable leader to join us as Restaurant Manager - for our brand new Hungry Jack’s - SUPER STORE in Terminal 1 opening in JULY 2023. This will be a licensed venue, selling alcohol - the first of its kind! 

Located at Melbourne Airport. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant, including managing shifts, building the team, KPIs & Hungry Jacks compliance.

This is a Hungry Jacks you have never seen before. Fully licensed offering tap beer, wine with a bar and lounge areas - uniquely different!

Full-Time hours.

Must be able to work anywhere between the hours of 5am - 2pm, 2pm - 9pm (with availability on both weekdays & weekends).

  • Flexibility across ALL shift times is highly regarded! We will be mindful to put you on a rotating roster, so you have work/life balance.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous management experience within a fast-paced food & beverage retailer is highly regarded
  • Experience providing a high level of customer service
  • Managing the floor and leading the team through daily operations
  • Experience running and shift, delegating to team members and ensuring standards are being met
  • Experience in cash handling and POS operation is highly regarded
  • Ability to wash up and clear tales to keep the restaurant up to presentation standards
  • High level communication with the ability to deliver on the spot feedback
  • Demonstrated reliability & eagerness to learn
  • Understanding of OHS & Food Safety policies is ideal
