The opportunity
Zushi' is looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our team in our vibrant Surry Hills location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the financial success of the business.
Key responsibilities
Manage and lead a talented team of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts and bartenders
Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for all guests
Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling and financial reporting
Implement and monitor operational procedures to maximise efficiency and profitability
Identify and action opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Foster a positive work culture and provide coaching and development for the team
Collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives to drive the business forward
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a restaurant management role, ideally within the hospitality industry
Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong financial acumen and experience in inventory and budget management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
