Essential requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in a similar venue
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge
• A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
• Superior time management & organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to work nights & weekends
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
• Supporting the bar manager in the daily operations of running Canvas Club.
• Current RSA.
