Mr Charlie's TMS is on the lookout for its next Chief Charlie to take charge of its flagship store in Redfern.
We serve tasty, plant-based burgers, nuggets and fries that blow your mind and is good for you & good for the planet
A vacancy has recently arisen for the Chief Charlie position at our Redfern store.
Chief Charlie's are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store including being the chief of the kitchen, rostering, ordering, leave and absence planning, delivering in-store initiatives and ensuring order quality and accuracy.
This position is Monday - Friday with up to four morning shifts (10am to 5pm) and/or evening shifts (3pm-9.30pm) per week.
Our business is growing with a food truck starting up shortly so there may also be an opportunity to work at various festivals and events around Sydney and Australia.
We are looking for a whiz in the kitchen who can also manage and motivate a growing team and look after the ins and outs of the store.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Minimum two years experience in a similar role or ready to take the next step up in running a busy store
