JOB DESCRIPTION

Hotel Centennial is looking for new Restaurant Staff to join their team! (Multiple Positions Available)

The Venue

Hotel Centennial is a Woollahra institution, and has been a favourite amongst the local community for decades. Sitting in a prime location opposite Centennial Parklands, the interiors are light-filled, relaxed and elegant, with an artfully curated mix of furniture and antiques, making it the perfect spot to settle in for a long lunch with friends. The best way to begin your dining experience is with a cocktail at the beautiful front bar.

The Role

Hotel Centennial are now looking for experienced Restaurant Staff to join the family. With a forward-thinking approach to service, our standards of service are high! Not only will you be well versed on the menu and our extensive wine list, but you will also be guest focused, providing a high-end dining experience that is genuine and personable. We ask that you have a minimum of 1-year experience s in similar high-end establishments. The rest – we can teach you!
