With a genuine passion for hospitality, taking a hands-on approach you’ll lead the team in providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service, helping to create a smooth and memorable experience for diners. From supervising shifts to opening and closing the venue, you’ll collaborate with other team members with a positive, team orientated approach whilst instilling Public’s personalised signature service for each of our guests.

ABOUT YOU  

• Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume operations 

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and technical skills  

• Exceptional people skills and social awareness - guest service is the heart of your DNA.  

• You are punctual, reliable, self-driven and a quick problem solver.  

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, you enjoy multi-tasking.  

• Available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.  

• A quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail.  

• Valid VIC RSA

• Full unrestricted Australian work rights
