Salt Meats Cheese in Circular Quay  is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor.

We are seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the venue manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure that all guests receive efficient and friendly service
• Supervise a small team of staff
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the required standards and in a timely manner.
• Assist in planning and organizing special events and promotions to increase business and attract new customers.

We are open 7 days per week 10am till 10pm, with different shifts available and offer a flexible roster worked around your life

We are looking for a passionate, well presented and highly motivated individual. The role will require you to have:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role 
• Be able to work unsupervised
• A positive attitude with enthusiasm & an eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail & desire to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication skills & an ability to work as part of a team
• Bar and barista experience are an advantage but not essential
• Working rights in Australia (Student and WHV are ok)
• Must have a current RSA
