We are a family run smokehouse at Gasworks Newstead, looking for a full time restaurant manager to work seamlessly between sections and who is professional, enthusiastic and confident. You will be required to work 5 days across our 7 day opening hours Wed-Sun (and definitely our busy Friday and Saturday nights!!)
Nights are not very late and NO EARLY STARTS! So if you are a team player and love what you do please apply!
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

Smokey Moo is a true family business. We are a specialty smoked beef licensed restaurant, and we put love into everything we do. Two years ago, we opened our first little dream in East Brisbane that was all about the beef, freshly smoked all night long. We have now relocated to a little piece of the world in Gasworks Plaza, Newstead still serving the same delicious and tender beef. Our vision was and still is to carve our meat in front of our customers in an open kitchen. All of our specialty beef cuts, brisket, pastrami, ribs and beef cheeks, are smoked to perfection ‘the Chef’s way’ – tender, juicy, and falling off the bone. We will never compromise on quality or quantity. We wear our hearts on our sleeves and we truly believe in good old fashioned service.
