I am over 18As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the owners and kitchen team to uphold high standards and create a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily FOH operations and ensure high service standards
Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff
Manage bookings, customer feedback, and service flow
Collaborate with the kitchen team for seamless coordination
Handle opening and closing procedures
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
Stock and inventory management for FOH supplies
Roster management and shift planning
Assist with events, promotions, and special dining experiences
Report directly to the owners with regular updates
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Well-groomed, punctual, and organised
Barista or wine knowledge is a plus
RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Interview required
Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
