We are looking for passionate Food & Beverage Attendants who are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables
Setting up tables and keeping the dining area clean and presentable
Providing menu details and offering recommendations
Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly
Presenting bills and processing payments accurately
We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in a similar role and environment. Fine dining experience is essential.
Key skills and attributes include:
Strong background in food & beverage service
Excellent customer service, patience, and attention to detail
Clear communication and active listening skills
High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
Confident with cash handling and ordering systems
Organised, with the ability to multitask in a busy setting
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Please note: This is a shift-based role and includes late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
